Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 days. 

During the peak seasons with high orders, some items might take between 15-20 days for delivery. Check your email where we communicate the status of the orders

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do deliver to PO Boxes, however, APO/FPO addresses may be returned as undeliverable, so please useif possible a residential address..

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a tracking typically within 10 days of ordering.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Royal Fountain is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)..

Damages

If the order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at [email protected]  to let us know and to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and send pictures.

International Shipping Policy

Please refer to the shipping information during the checkout page as the fee varies depending on the product and the country to be shipped to.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Questions about return will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and replacement or refund will be sent immediately at no cost to you.

We do not offer returns on any custom-printed items unless the item arrives damaged or wrong item.
